“Good customer service. There was unexpected rain but they even changed our rooms for us. The workers were extremely polite and the breakfast was excellent. They were very helpful and kind with us, and I highly recommend this place for everyone.”

“We arrived on location 2 hours prior to check in from à long 5 hour drive. Our driver told us there were many traffic jams along the way so we were not sure about ETA. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were asked to wait in the lobby only to be told our room was not available as they had a group of people that would only come back in the evening so we were redirected to another - unsuitable- hotel for our specific needs. The hotel manager told us they they had already issued the refund for our stay……
