The property itself was very nice, not much for food choices in the evening, we had some plumbing issues in our room, neither the shower nor the sink would drain. Staff was friendly, and the property was clean.

Facility was very smokey due to Casino. Need better air handling to eliminate smoke. When leaving, Valet was not available. Front desk said they would get my car even though I offered to go get it. When she came back, she said she didn't know how to operate my car. My front hood was popped, lots of my electronic settings were changed on my control panel which was totally unnecessary.

I love coming here but they could use some upgrades in the hotel room. The mattress are extremely firm and make a horrible hospital bed when tossing and turning on them. Also the a/c in the room wasn’t great. Despite turning it down to 65 the temperature never cooled past 68. Otherwise everything else was great!
