The lady at the front desk was extremely rude., the staff after check out was uncooperative. I had a 150 dollar pair of jeans, that I KNOW I left in the room. The housekeeping staff said they were not there.

You know how Reno is a low-budget, cheesy version of Vegas? This place is even lower on the totem pole than that. We never even saw the river, the place was a ghost town and was huge! It was dated, dirty and laid out oddly. We don't stay at a Caesars property again. I'm surprised Gordon Ramsay allows his name to be connected with such a shady-looking place.

Everything is very outdated and old. Rooms were blah…beds were hard, carpet was very old. Casino and games were old and out dated. Definitely not very loose. No complimentary soda or coffee while gambling. Very difficult to find someone to get a players card.
