"We face difficulties from start .. on reception they are trying to have us low category room but after some discussion they agreed to gave us our booked room ... I bought room with breakfast deal again they disagree with this not giving us lame excuses.... internet speed is poor may be because they offering free WiFi ... evening facilities timing are out of this world I think they really want people not to enjoy the facilities...... resort food was ok ...."
