“Flott hotell med luxurious preg. Veldig fine aktiviteter for barn, mini club, lekeplass og basseng. Utrolig fin strand. Veldig god mat. Flott areal og hage. Det kan oppleves som litt overveldende, de fleste hotell gjester fra Tyskland, og personalet valgte å snakke tysk. Det eneste som manglet var noe mer autentisk, gresk. Det var ingen små lokale butikker eller ,for eksempel, bakeri i nærheten. Til sammenligning : under opphold i Kalyves området (første dager av vår reise) har vi opplevd mye……

“À la suite de notre séjour de 10 jours avec mes deux enfants, je souhaite déposer une réclamation concernant les graves préjudices subis, en particulier par mon fils de 7 ans. Au cours du séjour, mon fils a développé de violentes diarrhées nécessitant deux passages aux urgences les 23 et 24 juillet. Les examens ont révélé une infection à la bactérie Escherichia coli (E. coli), qui a évolué jusqu’à provoquer des diarrhées sanglantes. À notre retour en France, son état nécessitait encore un suivi……

“I going to start with the positives. The hotel is in a beautiful setting. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly they couldn’t do enough to help. I want to mention Demetri, he was our ‘go too’ member of the team. Any issues we had he sorted and went above and beyond. Now the negatives. The sun bed issue is just simply not acceptable. There are not enough beds to accommodate all the guests. Therefore there was a morning rush to secure one. We had to be there before 8am to get……

“Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up……

“Incredible location, beach front and property. Service was solid across the board and the breakfast was fantastic. But what put this hotel over the top was the activities and programming. Tania was the yoga, pilates and aqua fit instructor and she was amazing. Like having our own personal trainer and so friendly. Very highly recommend!”

“The rooms and the staff were absolutely amazing. If you travel as a young family with infants, this is the place to go for you. I was not prepared for the amount of small children in this resort. It was not advertised as such. The amount of crying children in the dining room was overwhelming at times. The food choices were plenty, however the quality of the food was poor, which mainly resulted in my low rating for this property. For example, you were not served orange juice, but orange taste………
