There as a fire at 2:00 AM that was nowhere near Any of the rooms and they evacuated us anyway, even after it was contained. Then there was absolutely no attempt or offer to reimburse me for my room or offer a free night in the future. Terrible customer service.

Dated Building, Room was clean and had a remodel not too long ago. Couch was very hard bed was okay. Coffee in the room was the only Breakfast offered with the room. The pool was full of kids on Friday night. It was a good experience for the price point.

The spa was closed for repairs, and multiple areas around the pool were taped off. The hallways could use a little cleaning, but it was also quite windy. The breakfast was very good, but we had to wait in a looong line for one single guy to run the entire operation! Not conducive to large groups at all! The staff was all very nice.

The floor in the room was dirty, the general grounds were rather uninviting, but the biggest thing for me was that the latch lock in the room was not operational therefore leaving a serious safety concern.

Room was decent, hotel condition was okay - it was clear work needed to be done in certain areas. I stayed for 4 nights and my room wasn’t serviced once. I used hand soap to shower for 3 of the 4 nights cause I didn’t realize it was available at the front desk (I guess rookie move on me). Through the night there was a loud bang from the wind blowing the broken sign outside. I stayed alone, but wouldn’t feel safe having my family stay there. Staff was friendly, but very low energy. Best part was breakfast, service was great and he had an upbeat energy. You could tell he was happy to be there. Overall, wouldn’t recommend if you’re planning a long stay unless you’re truly tight on funds.

The room was dirty. The doors didn’t latch properly, the bar to hang our coats fell to the ground. The pool had caution tape around it, and there were floating pieces in it, but it WAS open- the front desk explained. The elephants eye is closed. It looks nothing like the pictures posted on this website/app.

The front desk gal was rude and not wanting to help at all. I had a proven paid for reservation, but because her computer system was done didn’t want to assist getting me checked in. Ask for her manager and I’d call them . She then reluctantly called the manager and amazing in 3 minutes I had a room. It had been cleaned, but not very well. Best part about this hotel is the breakfast cook!!! He is awesome.
