"I self-parked in the garage amidst a bit of confusion and congestion with street construction happening right outside the front entrance of the hotel. Parking was easy enough, and safe, but the garage could use a serious power washing. Dirty garage floor makes for dirty hotel floor. Otherwise, the room was clean and beautifully Deco. The staff, from the front desk to the valet, the restaurant and bar, were wonderfully friendly, and helpful and welcoming. Great stay"

"We only booked Harrah's for the nice hotel room. We did not enter the casino. The hotel room we had was amazing---clean and comfortable. We slept well and it was nice that there were two restaurants on site (one very expensive and one not so expensive). We enjoyed the food in the restaurant in which we ate. We only have one caution. The bathtub and the tile in the bathtub were extremely slippery and felt quite dangerous. I was glad ther was a grab bar in the shower. It might be a good idea to provide a mat in the tub to prevent slipping."

"The room was quiet,clean & updated. The walk in shower was wonderful,since we are senior citizens. Breafkast was satisfactory & plentiful. "

"Outdated, tiny bathroom, even smaller shower that was elevated a large step up. TV was horrible. Mini fridge was cold which was nice. But disappointed overall."

"everything in the description and pictures are a lie. and it stinks. tried to get refund because i left without finishing my stay. Cant get anyone on phone. they can keep my money. thats how bad it was. "
