“Although in a good part of Broadstairs we were very disappointed with a number of aspects.1. Nowhere on your website was there a correct photo of the property showing the the apartment was on the 3rd floor and we were unaware that we - both over 80 - would have to climb with immense difficulty getting up the many steep stairs with our luggage. It also therefore restricted how often we felt like going out for a walk. It was only when receiving final confirmation of booking that it was indicated...

“A comfortable and convenient stay in central Margate. The whole apartment was well decorated and equipped, and was just what we needed for our evening at Dreamland. It's above a central Margate pub, so the outside noise was to be expected. It didn't stop us from getting a decent night's rest, and all in all, great value for money. I'd happily stay here again.”

“The view from the apartment is fantastic. The location is ideal as it is walkable to the major attractions and many restaurants, shops and galleries. Comfortable beds and good shower water pressure. As noted in some other reviews it is on the third level without lift so may not be suited for everyone but was fine for us. Highly recommend. ”

“Was very disappointed. Labelled ‘entire apartment’ ‘kitchen’ ‘1 bathroom’. It’s not an apartment it’s a room. Then it’s a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. Not cheap, so I consider it mis-selling and have complained as such.”

“As indicated, the flat was very clean and comfortable and very central. I did however have an issue with bathroom facilities. Putting it mildly, rhe bath and shower were unsafe and I did not use them. I am a small woman but found entry and exit of the bath quite dangerous. The moveable showerscreen had been fixed to the bath and a notice attached to it saying not to hold on. No other handles were fixed. This reduced entry and exit of te bath to around 18" at the sloping end”
