“Check-in was efficient room was on top floor within the roof, access from lift to room can be awkward as there are multiple steps. Room with single bed, mattress was bit soft but okay ensuite was good size shower was okay. Breakfast menu n food was good.. service was unclear whether it was self buffet or table service. Had to wait over 15mins before asked for Tea or coffee. Staff need better training.”

“We had a great stay at the hotel, the room was comfortable, good range of tea and coffees. There was no running water when we checked in (and disappointing that we weren't told this at the check.in desk) but it was resolved within the hour. No robe and towel for the spa in the room so we had to dash back and forth there. The spa should close at 8pm on Saturdays but we were asked to leave at 7.40.
