Not so great reviewPosted May 16, 2017
I have stayed at your establishment due to it being close to work and having a kitchenette but for the price is not so great, because the people you have in the rooms are mostly hooked on drugs or sell drugs, the staff can do more but I think they choose not too so they can keep the revenue, you have an elevator here on site but the staff turn it off at night I am handicap and have to climb the stairs because your staff can't get rid of the problems of people sleeping and doing drugs in the elevator and gives me the disadvantage that is bad CSR please help change the environment here at Crossland I reside here but feel disrespected and am a Veteran, also it states you provide dishes I have had to buy pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc why offer a kitchenette without these items, and then charge me for toiletries if I pay already enough for the room are you aware of this because that is not charged at other hotels it should be apart of the package in the rent at $500 a week really.

Terrible hotelPosted Feb 6, 2017
Terrible customer service, didn't provide comforters on the beds, elevator didn't work so we had to take our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Toilet wasn't cleaned proplerly, towels were stained. Cockroaches in the room and the lock to the door was broken and wouldn't allow us in with our room key at times.

The area was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable for me. I will be staying here again upon my return visit.

Staff was rude I stayed 3 weeks maids semi cleaned my room 1 time. Asked for assistance from front desk and they acted like I was putting them out. I understood that it is only rated 2 stars but for 1200.00 for 3 weeks I should not have to clean the floors on my hands and knees with the bath towels just so I could feel like the place was semi-clean! Then that complain because they're towels are so dirty. I don't get assistance from the state this was my hard earned cash, my suggestion is if you want your company to succeed you hire people that are pro-customer and deal in cleanliness and hospitality.

Not my kind of hotel.Posted Sep 29, 2016 on Hotels
Many humans wondering around aimlessly. Appeared to be drug deals going on.

Not a very good place to stay at all.Posted Sep 4, 2016
Location: Was a large store nextdoor which was great.
Was miles from down town, cabs cost lots. Wasnt clean, nothing in the "full kitchen" no kettle, cups etc... very old furniture, stains all over the carpet and blood stains on the walls, on check in there was a fish bowl with a dead fish on the counter, it was still there when I checked out. most of the rooms were occupied by down and outs living there and was constantly hassled by them for cigarettes etc. I ended up staying somewhere else it was so bad. Didnt enjoy the place at all...

Cons: A hotel staff that cared and an owner that brought the living conditions up.....
Location: Near food stores and shopping....about 30 minutes to Seattle....
Excessive noise, drunks coming in at 3am fighting with room mates. Trash all over the property. Bathroom dirty, mold growing in the calk. And guess what, you have to wash your own towels !

Bad StaffPosted Aug 25, 2016
Pros: Cheap accomodations
Cons: Front desk staff
Location: Good location. Close to Seattle.
After my trip was delayed, I contacted the hotel to let them know I'd be a day late but still needed the rest of my reservation. (This took more work than it should have, as the first 6 or 8 times I called, no one answered.) I was willing to pay for the forfeited day. They told me to call Expedia, and Expedia assured me all was well. When I arrived, I had no reservation, though Expedia had not been contacted about that and was still charging me for the full 8 days. After talking with a very sweet woman at Expedia, she decided to call the hotel herself and try to get my reservation reinstated. They reluctantly made the reservation, but one woman at the front desk eyed me and was rude to me throughout my stay.
