"Two hours before check in I received a text that the owner cancelled our reservation. Claimed a system error let me book when the unit was already booked. However, that didnt stop him from charging my credit card. After contacting him numerous times for a refund he assured me he had spoken to VRBO and the refund was being processed. A follow up with VRBO revealed he's bever been in contact with them. This happened on October 19th. To date still no refund. I cant give zero stars or I would. Be...

It was so nice to get away during the winter to a cozy nature like setting we really enjoyed the views the hot tub being able to cook together and get away from the hustle and bustle of work and day-to-day responsibilities.
