We had booked a rom for two people with a kingsize bed and when we arrived there were no duvet and only one set of towels and only two pillows. When asking for extra pillows we were told there were no extra pillows and we also had to go down to the reception to get the blanket and towels.”

“This cozy, comfy home was the perfect spot for my husband, dog and I to stay during our 3-day weekend trip to Ketchikan. Check-in and checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. The bed was super comfy, and we enjoyed our evenings relaxing in the cozy living room! Our dog loved the open yard to run and chase his frisbee around in. There was good parking space for our truck, and we felt welcomed and safe in the neighborhood. Will……
