"Really wonderful place! The breakfast was amazing and the hosts are great. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend. The only drawback is the location, the immediate area isn't really great, but is is a short drive to wineries and lakes."

"We were disappointed almost as soon as we entered our room. Although it was clean, it was crammed full of furniture with little floor space. The bathroom sink did not drain. We were told by the owner that previous customers had poured cereal and coffee grounds down the sink. It would have been preferred that she had assigned a different room if she knew that."

The Hotel Laurel at Seneca

10/10 Excellent

"Enjoyed this property with beautiful view from our balcony of Seneca Lake. There are lower rooms, but those would have cars parked where you sit outside your room. I would return and stay again, but only if I could get a balcony room. Staff was welcoming, personable & professional. Spoke with servers, maintenance, front desk check in, etc. ALL were exceptional and I look forward to staying here again. Such a convenient location to downtown Watkins Glen and sights in the surrounding area."
