Guests can enjoy magnificent sunsets at "Sunset Park, just steps away from the property or a scenic drive down the famous Seven Mile Bridge to Key West for the impeccable sunsets and lively atmosphere filled with one-of-a-kind dive shops, eateries, bars and family-friendly activities like soaking up the sun in a fishing charter or snorkel trip. Enjoy street performances in Mallory Square, window-shopping down Duval Street and don’t forget to visit the Hemingway House and the Southernmost Point. Whatever you want to enjoy this trip, you can find it in Key West.

Want to experience something unique to Marathon? Consider visiting wildlife reserves like the Turtle hospital or the Dolphin Research Center where you can not only learn how to prevent these animals from extinction, but learn to feed and care for them with their special programs.

Can’t get enough of the beach? Marathon has 3 main beaches! Of all three, we recommend Sombrero Beach. This dog-friendly beach is spacious with a gorgeous stretch of a shoreline to enjoy a sunset walk on. The beach offers a covered pavilion and restrooms ready to enjoy from the morning until dusk.

Don’t forget to enjoy the local food with the waterfront views! We suggest visiting Sparky`s Landing in Key Colony Beach and Burdine`s Waterfront located at the end of 15th Street where you will find unique dining establishments with live music and of course, the catch-of-the-day.

This home met all of our needs. It was spacious, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The main kitchen was a dream, it had everything needed to prepare any meal. We really enjoyed the pool. Monica answered any question I had concerning the home immediately which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing House - 10 out of 10
The pictures do not do this place justice! We stayed here for a week in March with 6 kids and 4 adults and the property had something for everyone to enjoy. The backyard set up is hands down the best one around after cruising up and down the canals with our rented boat. Our kids enjoyed using the kayaks, the bikes to cruise around on and fishing right off the private dock. The kitchen is very well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook big breakfasts each morning. This property has really thought of everything!

The property was true to all the pictures-very clean, picturesque and had all the amenities. They had games, books about the keys, all the additional amenities to help make our stay enjoyable! Property manager was very responsive to all of our questions and made our stay incredibly smooth. We had an amazing time and there is a small lookout beach to enjoy the sunset within a 5 minute walk and a lovely restaurant/bar within 10 minutes. They had amenities to be able to fish off the dock. We saw a manatee and a shark on the canal during our stay! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Worth it!!!

This was a very nice stay and the descriptions actually left out a few amenities like the ice machine, which made fishing from a boat awesome. This place was wonderful and had everything needed and more for our stay. My family and kids loved everything about it. The host was very professional and very quick to answer any questions. Friends Trip 2023
We are a group of 10 mature adults who have been vacationing together for the past 7-8 years. One gentleman in the group deemed this home the best place we have ever stayed at and I think we all agreed. It was perfect for us, with plenty of outdoors space in and out of the sun. The pool and hot tub were great. 2 living areas with kitchens and sitting areas worked for our group and we were totally comfortable. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and restful. The location was so convenient to traveling in the Keys and we spent one day in Key West. Monica could not have been any more helpful and responsive to our questions. A very successful vacation in Key Colony Beach. We will certainly return to this little slice of paradise!

The house and location is amazing. Plenty of room and close to grocery stores, shopping and a variety of restaurants. A few more towels & wash cloths in the bathrooms would be nice. Taking 2 showers a day, we were constantly having to wash towels. Overall it was awesome!

Perfect for larger families
Great location and amenities. Pool w/spa. Outdoor grill/kitchen. Dock for your boat along with bait freezer, commerical ice maker, and bait station. Quick and access to gulf or atlantic with plenty of depth at low tide. We had three families with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchens upstairs and down made for easy setup of afternoon lunches poolside and nice dinners upstairs, extremely convenient. The property manager Monica went above and beyond in welcoming us to this beautiful home. We had two very minor issues during our stay and she was quick to respond and rectify. Strongly recommend this home for mutliple families who enjoy boating in the keys.

There were 9 of us - 6 adults and 3 kids ages 8-11. This home had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us comfortably. The house was exactly as pictured - it was clean- everything was in good working order. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans dishes and small appliances. Location is in a quiet neighborhood. We had no complaints or problems.

Amazing Anniversary Trip
This property exceeded all of our expectations which were already high. This property’s interior layout was ideal for our 4 couple crew with three children. You will have everything at your finger tips and will quite frankly not need to leave the property unless if you just want to go out to eat and/or shop. We rented a boat for the week as my crowd loves to fish and snorkel. Access to the gulf and Atlantic was perfect! Looking forward to our next visit.

This was a great place for a family vacation! Rooms for everyone and everyone has their own bathroom was a huge plus. The balcony is a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee early morning. The pool/patio was so much fun and let us make fun family memories. This was a great pick!

Our family immensely enjoyed our stay at Costa Mar. The home filled our every need. The kitchen was well stocked, great location and very clean. We all enjoyed the pool (heated) and hot tub! We enjoyed our nightly bike rides with good quality bicycles. No detail was left undone here. We were exceptionally happy. our family looks forward to returning soon. Our family came from Seattle, CT and MA. Fantastic home to all meet for a winter escape! 5 parents, 7 20-26 yr olds. Activities nearby for all - golf, pickle, bikes, boating (we rented a boat that we kept at the home’s dock). Beautiful home. Large rooms. New and comfortable. We never felt crowded! If we ever needed anything, Monica instantly helped out! Great experience and we would happily return.
