I think it is extremely boring. They should have live music. Currently, they have random live music that ends at 9 PM that’s way too early. They have one restaurant with a small menu and staff is overworked and overwhelmed

Loved everything about this property. The only thing that could have been better is if they had guest laundry. There is a nearby laundromat so I was able to use that but it would be more convenient on site.

We checked in and immediately checked out. The staff acted like they worked at the haunted mansion. No smiles to be seen. The dining is limited to a quick service (best part) or their sit down restaurant which doesn’t offer an ambiance of vacation vibes. We got up to the room and then lamp shade looked like it was burnt at the bottom with black around the rim. The couch looked like there were bodily fluids splashed across the back of it. It was dark and dingy. They make you pay for a partial gulf (bay) view room but don’t pay the extra money because nearly every room is a gulf view from the balcony. Then the beach chairs that are included with your resort fee are half broken and dingy. This experience deterred us from ever choosing Hilton again. We immediately left our room and paid 4x more to check in at the JW Marriott down the road which was well worth every penny. The Hilton photos on their website and Expedia are very misleading.
