The Space:

Each morning at Carpe Diem should begin with a step from your bedroom straight out into paradise: your private, completely gated, piece of the Atlantic Ocean. This well-appointed home boasts 40 feet of waterfront, with incredible views from your very own backyard oasis. You have access to a 16,000-pound boat lift or perpendicular dock, kayaks, body boards, and an outdoor hammock, so everyone can enjoy themselves while you BBQ. If you feel like exploring the local cuisine, Carpe Diem is just minutes away from all the famous restaurants KCB has to offer. This home also grants you exclusive access to the members only Cabana Club. This slice of heaven offers a private beach club with an Olympic Size Swimming Pool perfect for adults and kids. . No need to worry about food or drink, the Cabana Club has a bar and restaurant to cater to whatever your family needs. Key Colony Beach has multiple incredible destinations for families to explore, including historic ‘Sunset Beach’ where locals and travelers gather to watch the sun go down over the gorgeous sea together.
After filling up on sunshine and exploration, you can enjoy a Smart TV in every luxury bedroom with access to Xfinity cable and all the entertainment you love. The spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen, allow you to experience relaxation in your own way, and a work desk is available for professional use during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Key Colony Beach laid out from east and west, is annexed off of Marathon and was a "planned community" setting in the 50's. The mood of KCB is very relaxing and private. The layout makes it very convenient to get to everything you need.

Getting Around:
You can walk to most amenities which include a Par 3 nine hole golf course, tennis & basketball courts, children's playground equipment, public restrooms and boat trailer storage (see city for reservations/fees).

There's a marina for renting boats, booking fishing trips or for using their boat ramps into the bay/ocean (minimal fee). Nearby that is a scuba diving/snorkeling shop for excursions.

There are restaurants within walking distance (see the Dining topic below). Also nearby is the convenience food mart for buying misc. items including box lunches, shops for browsing etc.
