Welcome to Sea La Vie — Unit 606, where comfort meets coastal style in the heart of Mariner’s Club, Key Largo’s most sought-after community.

This spacious 3-story, 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse offers over 2,600 sq ft of comfort, privacy, and resort-style living. Clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked, it’s the perfect space to relax and reconnect. Whether you’re sharing meals, watching a movie, or sipping morning coffee on one of the balconies, you’ll find everything designed for comfort, ease, and connection.

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests total — this includes all adults and children over the age of 1. (1 child under the age of one at time of arrival may be added to a reservation of 10)

Master Suite: 1 King bed (w/ en suite bathroom)

Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds (w/ en suite bathroom)

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed

Bedroom 4: 1 Full bed

- Everyday essentials included — shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent, dish pods, garbage bags, and more — so you can pack light and feel at home

- Plenty of extras to enjoy your time in the Keys: coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool towels, beach bags, pool floats and toys, plus sports gear like pickleball and tennis rackets — all available for your use during your stay

- Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating throughout the home

- 2 sets of stackable Washer/ Dryers

- For little ones: We provide one complimentary pack-and-play and one highchair per reservation. If you need any additional baby gear, you can rent items through a third-party service that delivers and picks up right at the home. I’m happy to share the info upon request.

Sea La Vie isn’t managed by a company — it’s personally maintained with lots of TLC by me (Veronica!). I take great pride in preparing the home before each stay to ensure its clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. I believe it's all in the details!

Your resort fee is already included in your booking total — no separate payments or arrival-day errands!

{} Parking & Policies

- Limit 2 vehicles per reservation

- 3rd vehicle only with valid handicap placard & pre-registration

- Only registered guests may access the community and home

- Security cameras on site (including Ring doorbell)

- Government-issued ID required for guest verification

- No smoking / No pets (due to highly allergic owners and guests)

- Fully licensed with the State of Florida DBPR

- Short-term rental agreement must be completed before arrival (names & ages of all guests required for security access)

- Reservation must accurately reflect the number of guests in your party

{} Marina

Boating guests can take advantage of the 43-slip full-service marina, accommodating vessels up to 60 ft (available at an additional per-foot, per-night rate). Slip reservations must be arranged directly with the Mariner’s Club HOA — contact details provided upon request, or you can easily find them by looking up 'Mariners Club HOA' - choosing the Marina Slip Reservations prompt and making an inquiry via DOCKWA.
