Spacious and relaxing Key Largo condo, fully renovated waterfront 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with three queen beds, sleeps 6. Feel at home with the superb and spacious layout, central AC, full kitchen with stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, one clean set of pans, utensils, plates, cups and linens, private large balcony terrace accessible from living room and bedroom, water cove views, wireless internet, living room TV, washer and dryer in the unit, two assigned parking spaces.
Relax kayaking or paddle boarding in the serene cove, canals and shallow areas, or idle out to the open area in your jet ski for a day of fun.

Near many attractions, Jacobs Aquatic Center, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Dolphins Plus Inc (1 block), The Aquatic Center, , Pilot House ( 3 blocks), Key Largo Community Park (6 blocks), Christ Of The Abyss, Snook’s Bayside Restaurant (6 blocks), Skippers Dockside Restaurant (5 blocks). Boat slip and trailer parking available in the back lot with the rental of the unit for an additional $50 per night. You must request the reservation of the slip/parking in order to use it. IMPORTANT: There is no ramp, so your vessel must be launched at a public or private marina and navigated to the slip. Ocean access is limited by a low bridge with 7’ of clearance at up to 1’ to low tide. Boats with no top or collapsible tops should have no issue.

Important Details:
In order to keep our units in the best condition possible for our guest, no pets, no smoking, no candles/open flames or frying fish in the units. For your safety electronically controlled combination entry lock codes are changed with every booking.
Fully licensed by Monroe County for vacation rental so you have peace of mind that you will not be stranded with a cancelled booking due to code compliance. Apartments are meticulously cleaned and disinfected after every booking and regularly treated for pests control.

Quiet, Convenient location
Very nice property! We enjoyed the lovely view of the marina from the deck. We were in town for a wedding and found this spot very conveniently located to the venue, as well as many restaurants. Javier was very kind to let us check in early! Great stay!

Place was spot on to posted add. Communication was excellent. During our stay the dryer had a mechanical failure and within a few minutes they gave us directions to another machine we could use. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Dryer that stopped working looked to be a good machine and fairly new (I would not expected it to fail) I was impressed with quick response to alternative. We would definitely rent again if back in the area.

This condo was perfect. Our kids could stay in one room, we could stay in the other. It was clean, spacious and just as listed. Loved the deck sitting area and view of the sunset. Perfect Rental Property
This property is in the perfect location and provides the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Florida Keys. It’s in a quiet, safe neighbourhood and is well-equipped with good quality bedding, towels, etc. The kitchen has all the tools you need to prepare gourmet meals and fresh seafood is available just across the street. I cannot recommend this place too much, it’s just perfect!

Convenient Stay with a Bright Nuisance
Our recent stay at the Spacious Key Largo Condo was overall delightful. The property's description was accurate, the location was convenient, and the neighborhood was pleasantly quiet. However, one aspect affected our experience—a minor yet persistent inconvenience. The cleanliness of the property, check-in process, and communication with the property manager were commendable. The accuracy of the online listing truly reflected what we encountered during our stay. However, being situated on the 3rd floor without an elevator might pose a challenge for some. The only downside was the brightness of the room with two beds at night. The building lights are frequently switched on and off due to movement outside, affecting our sleep. Despite the beautiful view, this disturbance impacted our rest. For those considering this property, it's an excellent choice for convenience and accuracy. Yet, if sensitive to light while sleeping, especially in rooms facing the building's exterior, this might pose a challenge. Rating: Cleanliness of property: 5 stars Check-in process: 5 stars Accuracy of online listing: 5 stars Communication with property manager: 5 stars Location and neighborhood: 5 stars Overall rating: 4 stars This condo served our needs well overall, and I'd recommend it with the caveat about potential nighttime brightness.

Great property in great location
Perfect place from which to explore the Keys as well as the Everglades. A couple of lovely eating spots within walking distance overlooking a marina where we saw manatees. State park (paddle boarding and kayaking through mangroves) is just up the road. We had a wonderful week and would come back.

Simply the Best!
A super rental that is clean & well equipped with all the necessities for a great getaway. The location is ideal for walking to tasty restaurants, drug stores, etc. as well as the Dolphin Centre while the neighborhood is quiet and completely safe. Sunsets from the Living Room window or balcony will have you running to grab your camera no matter how many times you see it! The landlord is very responsive too and will do everything to make your stay 100% enjoyable. We're already booking for next year!

Condo was awesome. Very clean , comfortable beds. I bathroom for each room. Well equipped kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and relax looking a the water. Host was wonderful. Javier responded timely to all my inquiries. The only issue is that to go to Ocean the bridge is liw and the boat has to be no more than 6ft tall and must be cross at low tides which was 8am and atound 8pm. We were able to use ramp at ramp near by and only cost us $25 to lezve boat at marina overnight. So it was notan issue and JAVIER does specify in description

This home was in the perfect spot. We were able to get Ubers everywhere we needed. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The host answered quickly and was accommodating! Would stay here and in this area again! The neighbors in the area were all very nice too!

Great location near marina and restaurant
The owner was extremely helpful, this is very well placed right near the marina where we took a charter boat. We could walk to the boat and there’s a great Key West fisheries nearby. I would definitely recommend it My suggestions to the owners would be to add a little bit more to the in stock items such as cleaning items, plastic bags, vacuum, foil, salt and pepper etc. Most that I rent usually are a bit better stocked.so I had not brought enough staples. No TV in bedrooms too However that being said, everything was great and I would stay here again. Great owner responsiveness Thanks!

Heel fijn en ruim appartement. Wij zaten op de tweede verdieping. Er is gen lift dus even klimmen, maar het beste uitzicht. Ik miste alleen gordijnen in de Queen slaapkamer. Was echt te licht. En iets meer handdoeken zou fijn zijn De wasmachine en droger zijn echt een plus
