I give it four stars because I was sent the wrong check-in email with no gate code, and the wrong unit. I called and was assisted. Plus the dryer and bathroom fan didn't work. But it didn't bother me enough to reach out to Mgmt. It would have been nice to have information on kayak usage. I may have missed it. It is clearly a rental. It needs some money put into it to refresh it. The furniture is old, stained, wicker chair is falling apart. The kitchen counter tops need repair. The hole in the wall in the master bedroom needs to be repaired. The fan on the porch doesn't work, but could with a repair. The main bathroom has 4 different light bulbs in the 1970's light bar. The chest of drawers in the twin bedroom is falling over due to a broken leg. The "guest" toilet is not bolted to the floor. It grossly tilts when sitting on it. The master bed is very tall, however a step stool is provided to get into it. The property is nice. Can only come up with 1 complaint I guess that would be the 2 beds in the one bedroom are very squeaky, other than that no complaints. The dock is very nice, lots of ocean life in the water including manatees and sharks. Great pool and community center. Beautiful sunset views, very fairly priced too. We absolutely love staying here. The pool, clubhouse and dock area are so enjoyable. The best part of the condo was the large covered porch where we watched boats, sunsets and enjoyed the warm breezes. The rooms were spacious and bedding comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pans, silverware and utensils. As a bonus, unit comes with a carport space so it kept the car safe and never hot. Also, clubhouse has games, big screen tv and patio with plenty of chairs and access to boat ramps.
