Enjoy the Florida Keys in this newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, Townhouse with lots of outdoor living/dining space! Kawama Yacht Club and Marina on Mile Marker 99 on the Oceanside. Bring your boat! Kawama has a marina with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean where you will have free use of the boat ramp, please note that trailer parking is not guaranteed, is on a first come first served basis. Overnight slip rental is also available from the dock master. Free golf cart to use within the community! There is plenty of Free Parking for your vehicles. Enjoy fast, Free WiFi and plenty of free movies! The master bedroom overlooking the gorgeous saltwater lagoon has a king bed with plush linens. The second master bedroom has two full size beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. A pack and play and booster seat are available for your convenience. Our community is uniquely situated with breathtaking sunrises AND sunsets. Two bicycles, four kayaks (two kids and two juniors) are also included in your stay for free! Swim in one of our two heated pools with lounge chairs and Tiki huts. Tennis courts, and a unique saltwater lagoon with our very own tropical fish specimens. The only Starbucks that exist in Key Largo is only a few blocks away from our unit.
Our spacious three-bedroom, three-bath town home has been renovated from top to bottom with attention to details with a modern contemporary flair. There is no other like it in the Keys. The fully stocked kitchen shines with all new stainless steel appliances. In the main living room, you can kick back on our comfy sectional in front of our new 65’’ flat screen HDTV with many channels including free movies. Enjoy the convenience of our new full-size washer & dryer. You will relax in our new tiled walk-in showers, each stocked with bath towels. Sleep luxuriously in our new king-size bed with a 45” flat screen HDTV. On the second bedroom we have two new full-size beds with a 55” flat screen HDTV. The third bedroom has a new queen-size bed with a 40” flat screen HDTV. There is also another spacious and comfortable living room area which is what we call in South Florida a “Florida Room” with a comfy sectional and a 55” flat screen HDTV. All TVs with many channels and free movies. Free high speed WiFi! Please note that this is a three story townhouse, if you have a disability, please keep that in mind.
Our unit is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. Basket with beach towels, cookware, small appliances, K-Cup coffee/tea maker, drip coffee maker, blender, microwave. Plenty of dishes, glasses & utensils! You will usually find some teas, spices canned goods in the cabinets and condiments in the refrigerator - use what you like, replace what you can and leave what you don't use.
Take in the fresh air in one of our outdoor porches or patios, or bring a glass of wine to watch the breathtaking sunsets from our oceanfront private beach or 400’ jetty. Our family friendly resort boasts a new playground and well-maintained tennis courts. For the avid fisherman and boater, Kawama has a marina with quick access to the Atlantic Ocean where you will have free use of the boat ramp, please note that trailer parking is not guaranteed, is on a first come first served basis. Renting a boat slip is an option. Boat rentals and deep sea fishing charters are close by. For the diving enthusiast, the waters of our oceanfront property offer diving spots just offshore. Rodriguez Key with its famous sand bar is only 3 minutes away and visible from our marina. Jacobs Aquatic Center with Olympic pool, diving boards and kiddie water park only a few blocks away.
Kawama Yacht Club and Marina is close to a variety of unique shops and local eateries that offer the best in fresh seafood and key lime pie. Local attractions include - Swim with the Dolphins, Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center, Theater of the Sea (marine mammal park) Humphrey Bogart's African Queen. Dolphins Plus and Dolphin Cove are just minutes away. Enjoy the two-hour scenic drive to Key West, taking in the vivid turquoise waters along the way.
