One was a problem with the water had a very bad odor. When we were trying to use the dryer, the dryer vent had come off. We were able to repair it in order to use the dryer. Other rentals we’ve had did provide basic things like coffee, sugar snack snacks, which was not done here. The location was very good. I had rented for 6 days and upon entering the property to a horrible smell, I knew it would not work. Mgnmt said "I was too sensitive" even though I explained that I am allergic to cats and this was definitely cats - my eyes swelled and strong headache. I agreed to let them bring air fresheners, nothing helped. The water has VERY strong sulfur smell (rotten eggs) - told "you get used to it." My husband and I checked out after 2 days and was told would receive a refund for 4 unused days. Despite repeated attempts to follow-up, no longer receiving response, and no refund.
