“Check in was fast and friendly, Gamal was very professional and a pleasure to talk too. The beach staff set up our chairs and umbrellas and were very pleasant. This resort seems a bit pricey but it is definitely worth it. All the restaurant were delicious and they make the best piña colada. It was a great weekend.”

“Hotel was good. Not great but fine. We have a 7 year old and a baby so not being the fanciest of places is fine. It was nice they offered beach chairs and umbrellas included with the room. My one complaint would be the cleaning. The room was supposed to include a sign you hung on the door when you wanted the room cleaned. We never got the sign. We had to go to the front desk every morning to tell them we wanted it cleaned, and ask for a door sign. Would get the room cleaned but never……
