"No Hot water on the first evening was told by the male receptionist that they would 'do something for me' but nothing appeared and then told they will get it fixed, Rang that evening as still no hot water and was told to let it run for 5 minutes but still nothing. final morning lovely hot water, no apology until I told the receptionist how frustrating it was. Room I stayed in had multiple issues including the mess on the ceiling, a broken slat in the radiator cover and a broken cover for the plughole in the shower that is quite a trip hazard"

The breakfast is top notch, and my room could not have been more quaint. I booked a twin bed because I was traveling solo this time, and that made it affordable (sort of). Would love to return."

"Hi, the room was lovely with a view of the track. The communal areas were cold and we needed to wear a coat in the bar. The staff friendly and welcoming except for one lady on the breakfast team who was rude and unhelpful. "
