"On website it said breakfast included also through the Expedia website but when we went to order breakfast we were told it wasn’t included. We were checking out on a Monday morning which I may add is 10am only to discover the Plough is closed hence no breakfast. We had a 2 night stay and our towels or bin wasn’t changed in fact no housekeeping. As I result there wasn’t enough loo roll disappointed with food as only light snacks available when we arrived around 2.30"

"Breakfast was freshly cooked and excellent, the evening meal also. The staff at the hotel made the trip, they were so nice, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Beautiful setting was nice to have a drink by the river in the evening after a day of exploring."

"Decent property in Oxford, clean and staff was friendly and helpful. No elevator and no AC which is probably not usually a big deal but in the recent heat waves it’s pretty bad. Very central location!"
