The overall experience was 4.5/5, the breakfast was fresh and authentic. The staff were friendly and there are many food options that are walkable. Starbucks, KFC, and a Jerk Spot.

Great staff and excellent handling of emergencies. Due to a hurricane that passed by l, we had to check in last minute and had the wrong booking information. This was handled very well and professionally. They were very organized and systematic in taking us through the storm with moving everyone downstairs and keeping us entertained. As soon as it was over, we were allowed back in our rooms and everything proceeded seemlessly- we were able to head to the restaurant for dinner shortly after. The property was immaculate and well maintained- no deterioration from the time I lived in Jamaica and visited it. They have started to renovate some of the floors, and we had the privilege of being on one of them- very nicely done. I was so proud of how they have kept their standards high- both in the facilities and the staff.

Amazing staff!! Have really enjoyed getting to know everyone here and they have consistently made me feel welcome and safe. Working here for 3 weeks could have seemed long but they made it so much better by including me when going out and being happy and kind humans throughout my stay!
