“Check in was easy, Game room,fitness room and laundry were locked most of the time and didn’t have access. Front desk was not open in the mornings and no one was there working in the mornings. The room was outdated; screen to the balcony didn’t work great and the room was not vacuumed. Found food and garbage in the main bedroom on the floor at the nightstands when we arrived. Offered parking on check out day for a fee, but no staff was there to pay and get a parking pass so we had to leave to……

“The night staff was great, he also did the morning breakfast, the morning staff ( female) was not pleasant and reprimanded the cleaner in front of me. The hotel has some positives, including ongoing renovations and gradual property improvements; however, the overall stay did not represent strong value for the price. The building is older, and guests in the older section encountered outdated rooms with small bathrooms, worn furniture and carpeting. Bedding was clean and bed comfortable, but……

“What a great place. New England at its finest, just what I assumed a bed and breakfast would be.”

“We stayed in one of the suites across from the original property and it was perfect. It accommodated our family of 6 and the walking distance to the boardwalk and beach was close and easy especially with two toddlers. The suite was super clean. The only complaint would be them not enforcing the quiet hours, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. Especially the loud ones at 3:30am with loud music and yelling. Other than that we had a great experience!”
