"I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis! The staff was super accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! The premises were clean and so was our room. "The hotel is professional. Check in and out was easy and fast. The room is clean and tidy. But i didnt get the king or queen bed, so the sleep wasnt comfortable because we had to move 2 beds close. Spa, gym, relaxation room and a pool are available. The concierge are top notch. Lication is fantastic."

"The property is really clean, nice and well kept. Staff are nice but need to learn more English to accommodate tourists. I’m glad I purchased the dinner and breakfast with my booking accommodations as there are no restaurants close by. We enjoyed our experience with Japanese traditional dinner and breakfast. The food was good and the presentation is impeccable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to others."
