"Good location, very close to the JR Kitashinchi station. And through the underground shopping area, you can find a lot of restaurants and it connects to Umeda station and shopping area. Also, the hotel is pretty new and clean. I will revisit them if I’m coming back to Osaka next time."

"酒店係我第三次入住，上2 次是很好的，今次我係住咗10日，但係今次對酒店有D失望，因為覺得間房好多塵, 床頭版，地氈有啲污糟特別多塵，覺得今次住得不是太好，上2次入住有免費熱朱古力飲，但今次全部機都是飲咖啡，希望貴酒店可以安排返熱朱古力飲料，可以提供給唔飲咖啡的客人，但員工好好，地點也很好"
