“Mi experiencia no ha sido buena debido a un problema con la reserva que no aparecía y que he tenido que pagar de nuevo para que me dieran la habitación y estoy a la espera de contestación. Eso sí, tanto el hotel como el personal han sido fantásticos. El chico de la recepción nos ayudó bastante con el problema y nos dio habitación aunque no constaba que hubiera reserva.”
