“Great location ”

“The room was spotless and very comfortable. Obviously the Hotel is in transition. By and by rooms are being prepared to welcome guests. Only 11 rooms are available to book at this point. The price per room is unbelievably low. Especially since the electricity bill must be enormous. The hotel was overheated and lights were on in almost every hall, lounge and room and stayed on during the night. Heating as well as the lights. No consideration was given to the ecological impact. ”

“The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there. The lodge is situated between 2 other properties and would benefit ( I’m my opinion) with blinds on all lower windows. The bed is very comfortable but a bit on the narrow side. The shower is fantastic very big and spacious. The Wi-Fi is on the slow side but apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our time there especially when we……

“The rooms and common areas are opulent and luxurious. The grounds are wonderfully manicured with exceptional views out to the sea. There is even a haunted castle ruin on site! All the staff are wonderful and friendly, especially Andrea who looked after my family and I on our short stay. Without a doubt, one of the prettiest hotels in Scotland! ”
