**About the Space**
Retreat to your luxurious oasis! Our spacious home features five beautifully decorated bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a convenient laundry room, plus a playpen and highchair for our youngest guests. The living area opens to a newly resurfaced private spillover spa/pool overlooking serene conservation land. Enjoy meals in the shade at our patio table or soak up the Florida sun from our comfortable deck chairs.

The master bedroom boasts a private balcony with lovely views, while the two-story layout includes three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, complete with an open den. The patio is screened for your comfort, and we’ve provided an outdoor shower by the pool.

For entertainment, our gaming zone features an Xbox with multiple games, and the garage games room includes a pool table, foosball, and a mini-bar area. There’s even a tabletop air hockey arcade for added fun!

Our updated kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and all necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals or quick snacks after a day of adventures. Enjoy cinematic experiences on our impressive 75" TV wall, along with additional TVs throughout the home, including a 55" for Xbox gaming and a 50" in the master bedroom.

Upon check-in, we will provide you with the gate code for easy and secure access to the property. For your convenience, parking is available in the driveway. We kindly ask that you do not block the mailbox to ensure smooth mail delivery for the neighborhood. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

**Neighborhood Guidelines:** We kindly ask all guests to respect the tranquility of our residential community, especially during quiet hours starting at 9 PM. Please avoid gatherings in front of the house and refrain from loud conversations or excessive noise, particularly by the pool. Non-compliance may lead to eviction without warning. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone. Thank you!

Indulge in ultimate relaxation with the option to heat the pool and spa for just $30 per night (for the duration of your stay). We will have it warm and ready for you upon arrival, taking around 10-14 hours to fully heat up. Simply let us know in advance and we will take care of the rest. Please note that payment for this feature will be requested via platform, three days prior to check-in.

Please be aware that our home is equipped with a Minut noise control monitor to maintain a peaceful environment for both guests and neighbors. This monitor detects sound levels that exceed a certain decibel threshold during quiet hours (such as nighttime and early morning) near the pool area. Please note, the device does not record audio or video; it only monitors noise levels to help prevent disturbances. We kindly request that you keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
