5/5 Excellent
"This property has great potential but unfortunately for an 'all-inclusive resort' it was very limited. The building/rooms were decent and clean. The bed was comfy but the pillows were awful. Unfortunately most of the staff were not friendly and made you feel like you were putting them out to clarify or ask for anything. There was very little entertainment or activities.
There is only 1 buffet style eating area - the other 'restaurants' were closed until May - so cannot comment on the food/service. The food was basic at best - cafeteria quality. The salad bar was the best choice by far with lots of options and variety and build your own.
Bottled water was limited or you had to pay for it, drinks/cocktails were only offered during specific times and ended early right on the dot - if you were in line at 1 min to midnight and midnight hit, you had to pay.
You are not allowed to take food out of the buffet area and absolutely no take away. Some of the serving staff were excellent but they were few and far between. Most of the servicing staff were very surly and it seemed as if you were bothering them to ask for food or cutlery or coffee cups or glasses, which ran out frequently. The chair cushions as well as the lounge cushions around the pool were not clean.
Thankfully the weather was good and we were with friends and family for a wedding so we made the best of it."

"A great find and would certainly return. Hotel room (superior suite) came with well equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, individual tablets available from the hotel shop), bathroom and shower room. Good WiFi in rooms too. Air conditioning was effective. Plenty of space to relax.
Nice clean pools, with quick service at the pool bar and choice of recliners - some of which faced out to sea. We chose half board and it was great value for money. Good range of breakfast, including local breads and pastries. Evening meals were also good, lots of different salads, and a different theme each night. Service was very polite and quick.
It’s a quiet relaxing hotel and good value for money. "

"Standard Studio Sea View - 10/10. Clean. Great size. Quiet. Fantastic view. Little dated but everything worked fine. Quality safe. A/C by the door, so took a little time to cool room down - but meant it didn’t blow directly over you during the night.
Bathroom - 10/10. Clean. Lovely shower.
Bed - 10/10. Very large. Very comfy.
WiFi - 10/10. No issues. Even worked down by the pool.
Pool - 10/10. Good size. Nice and clean laid out pool area, with plenty of loungers.
Gym - N/a.
Spa - N/a. Didn’t use.
Staff - 10/10. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were friendly and attentive.
Breakfast - 10/10. Could possibly have had more choice with breads/cakes/pastries, but all in all the food was lovely and nice variations with the hot food each day.
Hotel - 10/10. Could not fault anything with this hotel. The location/area is great. Dined once at the hotel which was good, but decent restaurants within walking distance. It’s a 30 min walk to Coral Bay or the 615 bus runs every 10mins between Pathos and Coral Bay for just €1.50.
We don’t tend to stay at the same hotel twice, but if we’re back in Cyprus then we’d definitely stay here again.
All in all, a perfect stay."
