“Die Anlage ist sehr klein für so viele Menschen. Außerdem war der Außenbereich sehr schmutzig, überall lag Müll und es war dreckig. Die Außenpools waren nicht besonders gepflegt und sehr trüb. Der Innenpool war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort aus dem Flur oder Nachbarzimmer. Das Essen war ok, aber wenig Auswahl. Dafür war das Personal zum Großteil sehr nett und zuvorkommend.”

“Unfortunately, our experience at Venus Beach Hotel was very disappointing. Room: The room was dirty, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The mirrors and sinks were never cleaned, they often forgot to leave towels, and the trash was not taken out. We complained and asked them to clean the room, but it was still just as dirty afterward. Apparently, they thought adding more soap would solve the problem. In the end, they simply left the sheets on the bed for us to make the bed……
