“Modern feel to rooms, majority of which have a sea view from what I could see. Pool and grass areas leading to the promenade and the beach is fantastic, lots of free loungers. Approximately a 20 min stroll to the harbour area where there’s bars and restaurants. Airport shuttle needs to be booked 48 hours in advance, the form for this is on their website before arrival, fill out a paper form from reception for your return. “There are essentially two very different hotels linked in the same large complex marketed with different names. This part was quiet, with a lovely large pool, a nice clean apartment in small white washed blocks with comfortable beds and terrace. The staff was particularly helpful and Vasilis in particular was excellent. If you want you can also access the holiday ‘fishing’ village part adjacent with its large lagoon pool and water park for kids - which is marketed as a different hotel and……

“⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Stay My experience at Venus Beach Hotel was extremely unpleasant. A staff member named Sofia spoke to me rudely at breakfast when I politely asked where the cutlery was. She told me I “cannot sit over that side” and then publicly commented that I needed to “dress properly,” even though I had a blouse over my bikini and was never told about any dress code. I would have happily abided by any dress code. It was humiliating and made me uncomfortable returning to breakfast……
