“Everything was great, nothing was to small... Brilliantly priced... There was a little flooding in the toilet with the shower but it was fine really.... The pool was great, the ladies helping was great and our teenagers loved it ”

“ No views at all unless you class a brick wall as a view. Property perfunctory and more like a backpackers place. Very noisy due to some exuberant neighbours. Staircase creased and fridge kept going off and on during the night. Most disappointing was the TV. Tho it had every channel under the sun apparently, including DSTV none of it was accessible unless you brought your own streaming access!”

“I had a very nice stay at the Ruslamere Hotel. It feels more like a charming inn than a high-rise hotel, with one- and two-story rooms that open to the outside. I personally appreciated this layout, as it added to the quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and consistently helpful. Marion, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. “Property unsuitable for wheelchair users. Pool area accessible va a steep 12 foot bank only. Unsafe for wheelchair users. This s needs to be stipulated on website. No accessible bathroom in the rooms. Staff were lovely and views beautiful. ”

“Rooms don’t look like photos, shower flooded the whole bathroom, we informed the front desk and nothing was done about it, the tv had no remote so could not use it, there were people drinking in the parking lot outside our room all night ”
