“We stranded in Oman due to Travel irregulations and chose the Boulevard hotel. The staff was so kind, helped us with our luggage, even they offered breakfast for non Muslims during Ramadan (which we really appreciated and did not take for granted)! Breakfast was limited but totally delicious and enough choices. The lady at check out was so kind, she even organized a cab for free. I had to hug her. We will definetly come back visiting Oman and also staying again at Boulevard hotel. ”

“First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. “I find the hotel from the map of hotel.com. But after I took a taxi, i just found out the location on the map is not the same as in Google map. I should stay near to qaboos mosque and the feature of this hotel is that I could walk to the mosque in 5minutes. But actually it is totally another story and now no one is solving try problem and admit it is whose fault. Once there is someone hold responsibility I will change my comment”
