“The property itself is fine within expectations the staff was friendly and helpful. The area is pretty remote though and if you fly in late, getting food is not an option, nor is getting transportation. But I was able to use Grab Food to get meals delivered to me. It's a good place if you're in for a short stay to do a day trip to Komodo.”

“Pros: helpful and nice staff, clean bedroom and bathroom. Cons: absolute lack of maintenance, the hotel was build few years ago and since then there was no maintenance at all. Paint is peeling of the walls and ceiling, gardens without flowers, common areas look like construction yard, there is no space to hang around, sit together, etc. Fotos has been taken in the time the hotel was opened. Now it looks much different.”

“I stayed here with my son last week. The hotel is in a perfect location, right in town close to great places for dinner and tour bookings. The hotel is very clean and neat with an incredible view of the harbour from the pool area. The hotel staff are SO lovely and helpful. We had to order breakfast online each day and indicate the time. They do make up breakfast boxes if you have an early tour, we had a small mishap with this so double check your order at reception the night before. Room was……

“The staff is super nice but the hotel was disappointing: we cannot hang by the pool, the bathroom was not clean with water everywhere, there was no space to put our things and there was a very disturbing chemical sent sprayed automatically all day and night long. Finally, it was very noisy: we could hear a party, the family living next door and the nearby mosque. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.”

“Palulu Garden Homestay recommended me this Homestay. Difficult to find their location, they tried to send me to an „other“ homestaylocation by taxi. Finally got the room. Just a bed - that‘s it. No towels… Bumgun was not working the first evening. Toilet is broken - when you flush, the excrements will be pushed out between toilet and floor. Internet not working. “Skrækkeligt hotel. Personalet kunne ikke finde vores reservation, da vi fik et værelse måtte vi bede om håndklæder og toiletpapir, lagner var beskidte. Der var ingen rengøring på værelset i de 3 dage vi var der, måtte igen bede og rene håndklæder og toiletpapir... Der var ellers rigeligt med personale. Der var ingen information om stedet og der var svært at kommunikere med personalet, vi kunne læse os til i andre anmeldelser at der var en cafe som havde morgenmad, men ingen fortalte os om det……
