“The location is great - close to both the airport and harbour. Also nice restaurants for breakfast (6:30am) up to dinner. Room is basic and everythings in order except the weak wifi.”

“This was an excellent place to stay and amazing value for money - the room was spacious, and clean with a comfortable bed and air conditioning and a private bathroom The hostess, Ocha, couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful and ready to assist with anything you might need. She provided a good breakfast (included in the price) and recommended a local driver who took me to a nearby cave for swimming on my last day then dropped me at the airport.”

“The property itself is fine within expectations the staff was friendly and helpful. The area is pretty remote though and if you fly in late, getting food is not an option, nor is getting transportation. But I was able to use Grab Food to get meals delivered to me. It's a good place if you're in for a short stay to do a day trip to Komodo.”

“They need to fix of their swimming pool; some tiles were broken. The bridge also needs to be fixed, missing some part of wood.”

“Room was nice and pool has a pretty view. Staff was helpful during check in, but we asked for early breakfast twice over two different days and they agreed to it, yet when we came down at the agreed time, no one was there- might just be a understaffed or miscommunication though.”

“Pros: helpful and nice staff, clean bedroom and bathroom. Cons: absolute lack of maintenance, the hotel was build few years ago and since then there was no maintenance at all. Paint is peeling of the walls and ceiling, gardens without flowers, common areas look like construction yard, there is no space to hang around, sit together, etc. Fotos has been taken in the time the hotel was opened. Now it looks much different.”

“We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. The private pool is immaculate and our kids loved swimming in the afternoon (after about 1PM the sun is in the west and leaves most of the pool aread nicely shaded). The……
