“Neues Hotel in der Nähe vom Flughafen. Das Hotel ist nicht so groß und sehr schön angelegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und vielfältig. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen.”

“The property itself is fine within expectations the staff was friendly and helpful. The area is pretty remote though and if you fly in late, getting food is not an option, nor is getting transportation. But I was able to use Grab Food to get meals delivered to me. It's a good place if you're in for a short stay to do a day trip to Komodo.”

“Pros: helpful and nice staff, clean bedroom and bathroom. Cons: absolute lack of maintenance, the hotel was build few years ago and since then there was no maintenance at all. Paint is peeling of the walls and ceiling, gardens without flowers, common areas look like construction yard, there is no space to hang around, sit together, etc. Fotos has been taken in the time the hotel was opened. Now it looks much different.”

“They need to fix of their swimming pool; some tiles were broken. The bridge also needs to be fixed, missing some part of wood.”

“A cozy, family style homestay that is super close to the airport, less than a 10 minutes walk! However, please note that there’s a steep hill from the main road to the house. If you have big suitcases, I highly recommend taking a taxi. Overall a great stay!”

“We had a wonderful stay! Mrs. Ocha was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help us with anything we needed. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, especially her fresh pancakes, which she even prepared early for us before our tour so we wouldn’t leave hungry. That was such a thoughtful gesture. Since Grab cars are not available in the area, only Grab bikes, she helped us by arranging transportation with trusted local drivers at fair……

“We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. The private pool is immaculate and our kids loved swimming in the afternoon (after about 1PM the sun is in the west and leaves most of the pool aread nicely shaded). The……
