“The location is great - close to both the airport and harbour. Also nice restaurants for breakfast (6:30am) up to dinner. Room is basic and everythings in order except the weak wifi.”

“I chose this hotel because it’s so close to the harbor and my kid could get 10 more minutes sleep on the day for our speed boat trip. But the prayer at 4:00 am was rather loud, I respect the culture but … then actually my kid had a lot less sleep! And then 6:00am, crazy loud music was playing across the street (we were on the hill side). I left the fruit from breakfast box in the fridge and at night, papaya was molded! Breakfast on 6th floor was not organized. I ordered a latte and need to go……

“Personnel très attentionné et serviable, piscine magnifique, jardin luxuriant et nous avons eu la chance de loger dans la family room qui était très confortable pour notre groupe. Ermin et son équipe était aux petits soins. Merci encore pour l'accueil.”

“The room, staff and food was lovely. But, the Safety, risk and emergency procedures make this a dangerous place to stay. I fell off the jetty due to poor lighting, breaking a number of bones. My husband jumped in and saved me, other guests helped us, while staff were lovely they had no idea, could not swim and no first aid box or stretcher/board. Apparently I am not the first, it has happened before but the owner does not want safe lighting or safety rails installed as it will spoil the……

“Amazing hotel with stunning views and great pools. Stunning view from the room. All meals were very nice. Paddleboarding off the property with some nice corals and sealife was an excellent plus. Would definitely recommend and come back”

“The property itself is fine within expectations the staff was friendly and helpful. The area is pretty remote though and if you fly in late, getting food is not an option, nor is getting transportation. But I was able to use Grab Food to get meals delivered to me. It's a good place if you're in for a short stay to do a day trip to Komodo.”

“Basic room, nice staffs and good location. But. They allow smokers to smoke on the top floor patio which causes the entire building to smell like cigs. Even during the Breakfast hours, they allow smoking resulting in second hand smoking for breakfast. There's no wifi. Towels are dingy. Door has a gap which allows unruly tourists noise and cigarette smells to come in. We requested early breakfast box the day before in the morning but we did not get any as the cook did not show up. Staffs……

“Breakfast booked for room delivery and it was left at the front desk. Next day breakfast arrived 20 mins after booking time. $60AUD wanted to take pool towel from hotel for day trip which was not refunded on safe return of towel. Door alarm would randomly go off during the night. Out of the control of the hotel was the noise of the mosque alarm and prayers from 0430 to 0530. Good location for restaurants and walking to harbour.”
