"The room was much larger than I expected - for Japan. There was a little kitchen/dining room area. The bedroom included 5 beds - with 2 as bunk beds, and a little table with a built in L-shaped couch. There was a large walk in closet. The washer included in our room was pleasantly a clothes dryer, too. Detergent was provided by the hotel. Free drinks were in the lobby along with a full array of various toiletries for the taking in the lobby for guests. Lawsons was downstairs. It was an 8 min walk to Namba station which connected to anywhere we needed to go. "

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the classic European-inspired design adds to the sense of staying somewhere special. Staff were friendly and helpful, and views from the higher floors are excellent. Overall, this is a beautifully appointed and very reasonably priced hotel that serves as an outstanding base for exploring Osaka."
