“We arrived at about 11:30 pm and had to wake up the owner/manager who drove over to let us in 5-10 minutes later. There was no one around the neighborhood but it was a little unnerving so late at night. We did not have a chance then or in the am to see how close any restaurants were to the hotel. The unit- a two bedroom apartment- was very neat and clean. It was an upstairs unit with no elevator. The owner/manager did carry one of the bags up for us. The bed was comfortable. The hot water……

“The room was clean and functional. The location is close to the ATH airport. However, the check-in experience was terrible and way below our normal expectation. Once we were dropped off by our taxi, we were in front of an empty-looking two-storied building with construction going on. There was no signage.
