“Need to improve on the cleanliness of the kitchen. Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. The bedroom door cannot be locked for some room, there’s stain on every bed and bedsheets. Overall the 3 bedroom……

“The hotel is located only 20-min drive from Mari Mari Cultural Village and offers great views of both sunset from the restaurant and the sunrise from the Rose Villa. The only disappointing thing was the long wait for breakfast, which caused us to leave for Kinabalu Park much later than we planned. “Our room is very nice and facing the beautiful beach. Breakfast has very limited, flies around salty eggs and muffin which is not very good. Dinner has fisherman sell seafood. We want to buy one fish $20 from them however hotel kitchen cooking fee $66 per 1kg. Hot water supply in the room is bad, only few drops sometimes. One day they claimed to stop the water from 1pm to 5pm for fixing water system, at the end water supply back on 6:30pm. They have daily snorkelling in the morning is free to……
