“Excellent clean modern accomodation. I had a suite with a kitchenette which was well equipped and ideal for breakfasts /snacks. Comfy bed and also plenty of storage room. Clean modern bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water. Large private balcony with table and chairs. Air conditioning units in suite are also heaters in the cooler months. Enea suites are centrally located in Heraklion with plenty of resturants, cafes and bars on the doorstep. (Expect noise at night-time.) All shops and……

“The room was exceptionally clean, water bottles in the fridge were a nice gesture, the cleaning staff was amazingly nice, extremely convenient to shops, sites, and food, you are in the heart. The host communicated well before the check-in date with logistics- it seemed automatic, not a person, but did not provide details to help find the unit once we arrived. I asked questions about leaving luggage and inquired about a recommendation they sent-no reply. It took us about an hour to find the……

“The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! ”

“A lovely oasis outside the main tourist areas yet still close enough to walk to everything. I’d read the reviews about the “rough” neighbourhood, but while it is not picturesque, it always felt safe. The hotel has loveky bright rooms, and is scrupulously clean. We loved having a private ground floor patio with its own lemon tree! There were some wifi issues during our stay, but not specific to the hotel. Biggest plus: the small complement of staff provided excellent recommendations, lots of help……

“Nothing bad to say. It is a perfect stay and has the perfect staff and perfect anemities. Very clean and close to center. The only negative point was they rang on me at 11am sharp to checkout. They ddnt wait 1 minute :) althu the checkin is at 3pm. They werent flexible on this point. However I still rate them 10/10.”

“The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. ”
