Well located, great breakfast buffet, nice addition of cell phone to use while there and very well appointed rooms. I will come back here the next time I am in Hong Kong.

It was a pleasant stay staff and food are great but the rooms give off a feeling that they are overused.

Love the location of W Hong Kong. It’s very convenient as the airport express station is kind of right below the hotel. Hotel staffs are very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Hotel room does seem a bit old and dated since it’s no longer a new hotel.
Really enjoyed our stay at ICON. Some extras were really nice: mobile phone with unlimited data to create a hotspot anywhere in Hong Kong, free minibar, lounge to relax after check out while waiting for departure. In short, good value for money, highly recommended!

very big sky room, perfect for our family of 3 (3 wide single beds). Very spacious: high ceilings, very big bathroom, bathtub with nice view, enormous walking closet, etc. Excellent breakfast buffet. After a long day, I loved relaxing at the pool and in the jacuzzi, looking at the harbor view. The ...
The hotel is great and the staff was exceptional. The prices in the bar/restaurant were offensive. For example, a hamburger was $45-50! I felt ripped off with the prices they charged.

Nice place to stay. We were happy with the service of the check in , guest service, and food. They helped us to book the train tickets, to find good restaurants to have dinner. Also, the breakfast in the hotel was great.

This was our first visit to Hong Kong so hotel was picked randomly but also chosen for being on the metro. Everything worked well. Easy check in and helpful staff. Very near a mall and metro.
Nice to get away from the Busy steeets , pool great , promenade great for a run - good food options - only negative Dusty parts in room ceiling
good hotel located close to metro bus, subway, and train stations. .Also, hotel has direct access to a great mall with lots of shops and restaurants.
