"Beautiful modern room. Double jacuzzi bath in room. Bottle of Prosecco on arrival, mini fridge restocked daily. We loved looking over the square and opening the windows and listening to the square noise. Staff were all very accommodating and found us an adapter to plug when we had forgotten ours. They were all very friendly. Nice breakfast provided. Hotel is in the perfect location we shall stay here again. "

Breakfast was generally good, though I think it could be improved by offering a bit more variety beyond the usual fried eggs and cold cuts — perhaps some porridge or more fresh options. "I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything about it was excellent; from the welcoming and accommodating staff at the reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff. The hotel is located next to the main train station which is convenient if you are planning day trips (Wieliczka salt mine, for example) taking the train to the airport but it is also located within a walking distance to the city center/old town and all the major tourist attractions. It’s also next to a large mall if you want to do some shopping. The rooms are well equipped in everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was modern and really well designed. Lastly, the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and all the food was really tasty; one of the best. Overall an excellent stay! I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again on my next visit to Krakow."
