“We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne ”

“Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend ”

“Einfaches Hotel, sauber und in phantastischer Lage. Das Frühstück gab es im nahe gelegenen Hotel „Salvator“, als Buffet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schnelle und reibungslose Kommunikation per WhatsApp auf Deutsch. Sowohl alle Erläuterungen zum Check-in wie auch Nachfragen zum Parken wurden schnell und zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Danke!”

The rooms beautifully balance modern comfort with timeless craftsmanship , and the facilities — especially the Pürovel Spa — are world-class. “Sehr vielseitiges Frühstück, sehr schönes Ambiente. Die Betten sind sehr groß und bequem.Wellnessbereich etwas klein aber für 1 Tag ausreichend. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

“Die Qualität und die Auswahl von Frühstück und Abendessen war wirklich schlecht und entspricht keinem 4 Sterne Hotel Der Pool war zu kalt und der Wellness Bereich nicht einladend (alles sehr karg ohne Atmosphäre) Im Restaurant mussten Getränke immer direkt bezahlt werden, obwohl wir bei der Buchung eine Kreditkarte hinterlegen mussten Das Personal war nicht besonders aufmerksam, beim Frühstück war die Kellnerin alleine total überfordert, es wurde früh wie abends nur schlecht bzw auf Nachfrage……

“Very nice stay. We always stay here whenever we visit Cheb. The hotel has a very nice indoor pool rooms are clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Take advantage of the parking offered so you don’t have to park on the street. A very good place to spend time with.”
