"Our stay itself wasn't awful. However, they were not in the office for checkout and we never got out deposit back and since then they have charged my credit card twice for another deposit and another night and refuse to give me my money back and lied to my bank and the police. "This place is so unique and beautifully designed and everything is spotless. We came during a global pandemic so unfortunately we were not able to experience their restaurant as we'd heard that the food there is excellent.
