"A well earned break away from the hustle and bustle of life, Nice and Cannés are just a short drive away for some city action but for a more relaxed pace, the mountain villages are delightful with some excellent restaurants. The house has everything you need and makes a great base, the pool is amazing and the outside space allows for outdoor activities, even table tennis. We really enjoyed our break."

Pour information les propriétaires habitent la maison juste à côté, mais très discret. Des immeubles de 3 étages justes à côté mais pas dérangeant. Nous pouvons aller chercher le pain à pied c’est bien appréciable. Je vous recommande cette location sans problème"

"From the photographs we were expecting something a lot nicer...our greeting by the cleaner Monika and our conversation with the owner was most pleasant but sadly the property is in dire need of a facelift, it's barely furnished or equipped, the front gate was a nightmare to lock (entire gate is out of alignment), barbeque lid handle was broken, ditto hinge on one of the toilet seats..the restful sound of the cicadas was drowned out by the yelling of the neighbours and one had to drive...

It is a short drive from Nice but includes some winding roads up some steep hills. This would not deter us from visiting again, however. "This property is a real gem. The grounds and garden are truly wonderful. There are so many spaces to enjoy. Pool area, multiple outdoor dining areas, well stocked outdoor kitchen… The home itself is exceptionally well equipped and everything worked perfectly and is well maintained.
