"My friends and I spent a great few days at Villa Provenzale Clos De Minerve. The pool is large and the water warm. The outdoor space and BBQ area worked perfectly for us - eating outside every night. We hired in a chef on the last night and had a great meal. There is a small cafe within a 10 minute walk (on Bd Francis Meilland). Each day we also walked down to the beach at Plage de la Garoupe and had drinks at the beach bar - which had a chilled vibe."

"It was fantastic and we were made to feel very welcome. The area is great and has easy access to a supermarket and ice cream parlor. We mostly day tripped into Nice and Antibes and it was perfect for both. Vincent and Severine were wonderful hosts who made our stay fantastic."

"We loved everything about the villa and it’s location. Close to Cannes and Nice but also well positioned to visit the interesting smaller villages and towns. Our daily walk to the lovely boulangerie was a treat. Mougins is delightful, full of sculptures and pretty shuttered houses. Picasso’s home for his last 12 years. "We stayed for 4 days at this amazing villa. It is very clean and has great views through the trees down to the sea. Communication with Derrick was easy and he did arrange for the pool and hot tub to be heated as we requested. If you are staying here in the Spring it would probably be worth asking for the heaters to be turned on a couple of days before arrival as they took a day to get up to temperature. The spaces and design of the villa worked really well for our two families with 4 children...
