“The property was very clean and modern looking. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to guest requests. Kids enjoyed the lobby area where they have a coloring pad. The parking lot was a short walk away from the hotel however, it was a very secure a lot and very easy in and out. There is a reserved spot right next to the hotel entrance for luggage drop off and pick up before you head to the parking lot. The hotel is next to the Bioparc zoo, and another park, which is convenient when……

“The environment is good with adequate space and scenary view. Nice experience with the room and breakfast buffet. The service is also pretty good. Also convenient with the transportation (both bus and metro).”

“Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.”

“Fantastic boutique hotel in such a convenient location. 3 min walk to the central food market so we skipped hotel breakfast and headed there. 3 min walk to the cathedral. 5 min walk to the Serrano towers. Lovely rooms with balcony and great bathroom. Tasca Angel a few doors down serves great tapas - the sardines are amazing. Would def stay at this hotel again.”

“Alles super”

“Wonderful service, great location and great hotel.”

“The impressive face the breakfast I like it very much thanks a lot”

“Breakfast excellent. Gym shabby. Nice lobby but shabby narrow corridor. Comparable to 3star hotels in the states.”

“nice clean”

“Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.”

“Its location is wonderful! You have everything you need around you. We had an easy stay.”
