"Good location close to bus station and alot of food options within short walking distance. The surrounding area did seem a little dodgey but fortunately we didn't have any negative encounters compared to others. Staff were lovely and courteous, often greeting guests passing through reception. Breakfast, although limited options, was satisfying. During our short stay we did have only 1 operating elevator, which was frustrating because it meant getting to our room 10+ mins later due to a que...

"Located in the historic area, where the architecture is lovely. I walked from/to here every day and had no concerns of the neighborhood. Rooms and breakfast were a class above a regular modern tourist hotel. And the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm 75 and active, and would stay here again"

"Good location for the hop on bus tour, not many restaurants locally. But 15 mins walk away and there were plenty. Breakfast was the same everyday, not great if you don't eat ham. Beautiful decor and a good hot shower"

The rooms are very modern and well maintained with plenty of storage. The breakfast buffet is well worth the cost, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Santiago."
