"After arriving from a long International flight, I called the hotel to find out where I get the Van to the hotel. Unfortunately, I dont speak spanish and the hotel staff doesnt speak English. I phoned the hotel but the rude receptionist hang up on me more than 4 times because she xouldnt speak English. Very Frustating! "Unfortunately the stay was not without issue. There was a fault with the water and we had no hot water. That said the hotel accepted the issue and promptly with Expedia adjusted the price to reflect the shortcomings. The manner the complaint was handled reflected good management in accepting the issue in the only way possible as we were leaving. The hotel was great in all other respects.
